Branding and Marketing Strategist

Job Description:

We are looking for a Branding and Marketing Strategist to assist marketing department in maintaining companies’ public image through the implementation of marketing initiatives and strategies. You are also responsible for planning and overseeing projects within an organisation, from the initial ideation through to completion.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • To assist in developing marketing campaigns and advertising strategies across print, broadcast, and online platforms
  • To carry out market research analysis to keep up to date with customer trends and future trends prediction.
  • To provide copywriting and pitching for social media platforms, websites, and collaterals
  • To organize events such as program launches, exhibitions, and roadshows
  • To communicate with marketing teams to ensure marketing and brand alignment.
  • To build relationships with influencers, journalists, and media
  • To oversee social media accounts, websites, collaterals, and other forms of marketing to ensure brand and marketing consistency and in accordance with company values and guidelines.
  • To conduct meetings with clients and working with colleagues across multiple departments
  • To assist in managing budgets to support branding efforts.
  • To maintain relationships with company stakeholders
  • To assist in managing projects through various stages of development
  • To creating a long-term and a short-term plan, including setting targets for milestones, and adhering to deadlines for multiple start-up accelerator programmes.
  • To serve as a point of contact with clients and internal teams
  • To performing quality control on the project throughout development to maintain the standards expected.
  • To adjust schedules and targets on the project as needs or financing for the project change.
  • To consolidate information from multiple teams for reporting purpose
  • To undertake miscellaneous tasks assigned by the superior from time to time.

Qualification and Experience:

  • Advertising, Language, Communication, or any related field.
  • Bachelor’s degree or master’s in marketing, Advertising, Language, Communication, Business Administration, Commerce or any related field
  • 2-3 years’ experience in marketing or any related field

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Well versed with featured on the following social media platforms: FB, IG, LI, Website and Youtube
  • Versatile in working across various skillsets at the same time.
  • Proactive and able to work independently in fulfilling deliverables.
  • Strategic thinking and planning skills to implement projects planning.
