This initiative leverages on the available hiring and educational schemes provided by the government and technology accelerators to provide you with the digital skill set and knowledge to digitise your business and workforce.

During our event, BEYOND4 Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Rubaneswaran shared and discussed with the audience at the Hiring Incentive and Training Grants available to help equip and propel the new workforce with the skill set needed to drive the digital economy.

We discussed on how businesses can leverage on the various government grants, funding schemes, and training programs available to certify and upskill your workforce as well as claim hiring incentives in the process of upskilling your workforce, and the outcomes are fruitful!

The function started with a warm welcome from HLX Management, by Mr. Eusoffe Chua, the CEO of Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT), and opening remarks from MDEC, by Mr. Gopi Ganesalingam, the Vice President of Global Growth Acceleration (GGA). Our CEO, Mr. Rubaneswaran shared on BEYOND4 future programs afterward, before handing the stage to Ms. Amalina Anuar and Mr. Zulfiqar Morshidi, representatives from SOCSO, to brief on the PENJANA KERJAYA to the audience.
