Ivan Fong

About Speaker
Ivan is a financial expert with two decades of experience and in-depth knowledge and experiences in the accounting, finance, tax, treasury, management, digitalisation transformation and corporate governance field.
He is a Chartered Accountant from Malaysian Institute of Accountant and a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (UK). Ivan holds the Advanced Diploma in Financial Accounting from Tunku Abdul Rahman College.
His distinguished career includes leadership roles in national firms like Censof Holdings, where he played a pivotal role in supporting companies with valuations for fundraising, scaling, and IPO listings.
Ivan incorporated a professional services company, FinBiz Consultancy Sdn Bhd in August 2020 with the aims to nurture a younger and energetic finance personnel and provides professional services to a niche-based customers.

About Speaker
Bryan has more than a decade experience in the tech eco-system in investing, incubating and advising start-ups.
He counts his exposure to investment banking in the early part of his career as an advantage of bridging the old with the new finance, creating a combo of knowledge and experience to adapt in rapidly evolving market landscapes. He holds a degree in Bachelor of Commerce with a major in Accounting from Monash University, Melbourne and achieved a 1st class Honours in Banking and Finance from Monash University.
Presently, he is the executive director at True Vine Capital Partners, a venture capital fund manager in Singapore licensed by MAS and has recently set up and launched a US$20 million fund under a variable capital company (VCC).
He is also an independent director of Sim Leisure Group Limited (appointed since 2019), a retro-eco theme park developer and operator listed on Singapore Stock Exchange’s Catalist where he is the Lead Independent Director and chairs the Audit Committee and Remuneration Committee. He was appointed as an independent director of CPA Australia Ltd in 2022. He sits on the Audit, Risk and Compliance Committee and the Education, Policy and Innovation Committee.
