This 3-month program equips participants with troubleshooting, diagnostic, and customer support skills for IT systems, preparing them for diverse tech roles in technical support.

COURSE OVERVIEW
  • In this course, students will learn to plan and execute an endpoint deployment strategy using contemporary deployment techniques and implementing update strategies. The course introduces essential elements of modern management and Microsoft Intune integration.

  • It covers app deployment, management of browser-based applications, and key security concepts such as authentication, identities, access, and compliance policies. Technologies like Microsoft Entra, Windows Autopilot, Microsoft Intune Suite and Microsoft Defender for Endpoint are explored to protect devices and data.

  • Fresh graduates are the key target groups for the MyMAHIR programmes. It provides hands-on, industry-relevant training that equips graduates with practical skills not always covered in university curriculums.
  • With this program, graduates can gain valuable experience through real-world projects, interactive learning, and exposure to current industry tools and practices.
  • For the Data Analytics, Full Stack Development, Project Management, and Technical Support tracks, applicants must be fresh graduates with a Diploma or Degree and a minimum CGPA of 3.5.
  • For the Customer Service track, candidates must have at least an SPM qualification.
