PISA (Pahang Innovative Startup Accelerator) Cohort 4 Demo Day

Pahang Innovative Startup Accelerator (PISA) Cohort 4, marked a significant milestone with its highly anticipated Demo Day, held at the Yayasan Pahang. Organized by Yayasan Pahang and in partnership with Beyond4, this event served as a dynamic platform for startups from various sectors to showcase their innovations to a diverse audience of investors, industry leaders, and stakeholders. The Demo Day was graced by the launching speech by YB. Dato’ Mohamad Nizar bin Dato’ Sri Mohamad Najib, Exco Pelaburan, Perindustrian, Sains, Teknologi Dan Inovasi Negeri Pahang. 

The Demo Day featured 10 groundbreaking startups that have been part of PISA’s rigorous accelerator program. These startups, hailing from different sectors, are poised to make a substantial impact as they explore opportunities in the market. The event provided these companies with the unique chance to pitch their ideas, products, and solutions to an audience eager to invest in the future of technology and innovation. 

Key Highlights and Outcomes 

Throughout the event, the presenting startups captivated the audience with their diverse range of solutions, from Edutech, Healthtech and fintech to sustainable technologies and smart city innovations. The pitches were not just about showcasing products but also about presenting a vision for the future—a vision that resonates with the goals of Malaysia’s economy. 

Out of 10 startups, 3 startups have made an incredible pitch to secure the top 3 spots. 2nd Runner up Tissue Culture, 1st runner up Entomal Biotech & Ventomim-M as the champion.  

Investors and industry leaders in attendance were given the opportunity to engage directly with the startups, leading to fruitful discussions and potential collaborations. The event also emphasized the role of government agencies, such as Invest Pahang, in supporting the growth of the startup ecosystem by providing the necessary resources, connections, and market insights.
