
Job Description:
A proactive and organized Programme Management Executive to support the execution of programmes and initiatives. Responsibilities include assisting in event coordination, stakeholder communication, and day-to-day programme operations. Offers hands-on experience in programme and event management within a dynamic startup environment.
Roles and Responsibilities:

Implement project plans, allocate resources, and manage budgets to achieve project goals.

Monitor project progress, identify risks, and proactively address challenges to align with organizational objectives.

Serve as the primary liaison with partners, stakeholders, and clients, ensuring clear communication on project milestones and developments.

Organize and coordinate events, classes, and mentorship sessions, handling all logistical aspects efficiently.

Manage stakeholder communication, including scheduling meetings, sending invites, reminders, and announcements via email and messaging platforms.

Track and document program progress, maintaining accurate records and reports.

Support logistics for both virtual and in-person events, including meeting setup, material preparation, and technical troubleshooting.

Assist in project management tasks such as timeline development, budget tracking, and resource allocation.

Provide additional administrative and operational support as needed to ensure the smooth execution of programs.
Qualification and Experience:

Diploma or degree in Business, Management, Public Relations, or a related field from a recognized university.

Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; relevant internship or project experience is a plus.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Proficiency in both written and verbal communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Interest in program management and organizational development is a plus.
